The English soccer team will unveil their new soccer jersey in a friendly match against Slovakia on March 28, but through an Italian website todosobrecamisetas, we have a preview on what the 2009 England home jersey will look like. The first look of the jersey you have to say it’s pretty boring, then after the second, third and tenth look at the jersey it stays pretty boring. Whomever the uncreative genius was at Umbro, they should join the millions of other folks that are out of work and try a new career since designing soccer jerseys isn’t one of his strong points.

The front of the jersey is mainly white with the England badge and red Umbro logo in red on the left chest. Now we aren’t fans of ultra snazzy designs that you might find in a Mexican soccer league, but there is zero imagination to this jersey. The only flare is the red on each of the sleeves, but that’s it, that’s as creative as the jersey gets. Now Umbro is denying these are the actual England 2009 home jerseys and we can’t blame them that they would deny this. No way would I want to be associated with designing these jerseys.
