Seattle Sounders Confirm Third Jersey

In keeping with tradition, the Seattle Sounders of Major League Soccer will have another bright colored soccer jersey to wear. According to Thenewstribune.com, it seems as if the rumors are true the team could unveil the new soccer jersey as early as next week. VP of business operations, Gary Wright was quoted as saying “The more we could wear that, the more we could emphasize that. Now, I think everybody gets that. So now we (could) join the world’s community and have three like everybody.”
Although the new third jersey will surely be popular with the Seattle Sounders fan, we aren’t quite sure how the jersey will sell to the rest of the MLS soccer fans due to the wild selection of colors. We do however think this jersey plays well with the younger soccer fan across the country, and if that’s the clubs mission then they will surely grab more Sounders fans at a younger age and add them to an already large fan base.
