The 2009 Arsenal third soccer jersey is here and after looking it over we have declared it the year of the pinstripe for Arsenal. As you know the Arsenal away jersey came out earlier this summer and they had a thin pin stripe design and they kept it with their new white third jersey with thin black pinstripes going vertically throughout the jersey. Like their away jersey, we feel this Arsenal new jersey looks too much like a polo shirt you would wear while you are casually dressed and therefore we don’t feel it’s a strong looking soccer jersey. After looking at both of these jerseys we really do miss their 2008 jersey designs and actually they kept the colors and nice soccer style jersey designs in this year’s edition.
