The official short sleeve Le Mans soccer jersey for the 2009 season is a jersey that’s the exact opposite of all those crazy Mexican Primera and other South American pro soccer club jerseys, it’s very plain. The Le Mans soccer jersey is made by Kappa, the same company that makes jerseys for AS Roma, FC Coppenhagen and Valencia and the jersey is the same style as those but there is something left off this jersey and it’s the sponsor logo on the front of the jersey. Besides the small Kappa logo on the upper right front shoulder, there is a Le Mans team badge on the upper center of the jersey and that’s it for the design of the jersey, there aren’t even any stripes to look at and get excited about. The body of the jersey is red and it’s completed with a gold collar, arm sleeve capping and finally small gold lining that goes from the collar to mid length of the side of the jersey.

Now we know it’s a very plain soccer jersey and we absolutely kill jerseys with too many sponsors so we won’t jump on Kappa and Le Mans for making this jersey too plain, but we just wish they did a little more with the gold through the jersey to break up all that red within the jersey. The French Ligue 1 actually has some jerseys from teams that we really do like and if we had to put Le Mans within this group we wouldn’t put it below the Bordeaux Girondins home jersey, but it’s certainly not as nice as the Paris Saint Germain home jersey made by Nike that we really like.
