The brand new 2009 AS Roma jerseys from Kappa are now available to purchase and you’ll notice that the jerseys are very similar to last year’s designs with just a few subtle changes. Out of all three of the current edition jerseys, we are leading towards the all black third jersey as our choice for their jersey to purchase. The Roma 2009 third jersey is an all black jersey with a simple design, much like their dark red home jersey, but the black Roma third jersey just has a cleaner look and it doesn’t incorporate other colors within the collar or sleeves as the home jersey does. You’ll also notice that the third jersey has a different team badge on the left chest, it’s a head of a wolf whereas the home and away jersey has the wolf and ASR team badge.

The three jerseys are made by Kappa which has an 87/13 polyamide/lycra for moisture-control and flexible fit giving the jersey a form fitting jersey, a look we aren’t too crazy about so we suggest you purchase the next size up when ordering any of these three jerseys. Although all three jerseys are good looking soccer jerseys, we will admit their price is a bit high compared to other nicer Serie A jerseys available and can be bought for quite a bit less. If you are an AS Roma fan, you’ll be happy the new 2009 jerseys are available, but if you are the casual soccer jersey fan, you will probably be passing on all three of the jerseys below.
